1. XDF Definitions Shop Available 24/7
Please remember that our online XDF definitions Shop for TunerPro is available 24/7 at:
https://oldskulltuning.shop/

You can purchase XDF files independently directly from our website.

If you are not sure which XDF definition matches your ECU, please follow the guides available on the website to identify the correct file.

2. Stage 1 / Stage 2 Modified Files & WinOLS Mappacks
If you need:

- Stage 1, Stage 2 modified files or WinOLS mappacks

please contact our official partner Tuniverse directly by email at: tuniverse.cs@gmail.com

3.  Request for Additional Maps in Purchased XDF
The XDF purchased from our online shop already contains all the information/maps that we currently know and have available at this time.
At the moment, there are no further updates available.

Our support team will review and verify your request, and only in the event that new information or updates become available will you receive a further response from us.

If any future updates are released, the updated XDF file will be automatically sent through our online shop.

4. Need a Custom XDF Definition?
If you need an XDF definition developed for your ECU, please send us the original file read directly from your ECU, if you have not already done so.

Without the original ECU read file, we cannot verify compatibility or develop a proper custom definition.

5. If You Do Not Know How to Read Your ECU
Please note that we do not provide support for reading or writing ECUs, as we do not sell ECU tools or hardware.
Our work is focused exclusively on developing XDF definition files for TunerPro, which allows users to modify ECU parameters such as fuel maps, ignition timing, and other calibration data.

To create a custom XDF, we first need the original file read from your ECU. If you do not know how to read your ECU, we recommend searching online for your motorcycle model + “tuning” to find compatible tools or local professionals able to read the file for you.

6. Important Notice About Support Requests
If one or more points in this automatic reply already answer your question, you may not receive an additional reply from our customer support team.

We sincerely apologize for this, but we are currently receiving a very large number of requests and we need to partially automate the support process in order to continue providing development and support services efficiently.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting OldSkullTuning.
